Discovery Cruise Line Offers Kids Stay Free Deal

Discovery Cruise Line, which offers ferry service with cruise line amenities between South Florida and Grand Bahama Island every day of the week except Wednesdays, has announced that, effective May 1, children ages 17 and under will sail free and stay free at select resorts, and kids 12 and under will sail free, stay free (except for all-inclusive resorts) and even eat free at select resorts on Grand Bahama.

Each child must be accompanied by a full-fare paying adult. Discovery sails from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale to Grand Bahama Island, departing at 7:45 a.m. and returning at 10 p.m. Discovery offers same-day, roundtrip cruises, as well as cruise-and-stay vacation packages at a selection of hotels from budget to deluxe, including the Pelican Bay at Lucaya, the Sheraton Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya Resort, the Taino Beach Resort & Clubs, the Viva Wyndham Fortuna (all-inclusive), and The Westin Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya Resort.
