Forest Dream cottages
The forest cottages are set in an actual forest reserve and are a fantastic luxury choice. The six thatched houses are set up to an excellent standard, sleeping between four and 12 people.
There is even an amazing sultan's palace building for a taste of the regal life. Koi ponds, Jacuzzis and fully fitted kitchens are some of the spoils of the forest dream cottages. The price range here starts from Euro 124-290.
Pine wood Village beach resort-The Beach Hotel House
Located on Galu beach down past the far end of the Diani Beach strip, this tasteful, comprehensively equipped beach villa resort is run by Southern Cross safaris. The fancy suites come with personal chefs, so you can dictate your own meal plan and times.
They have a resident water-sports centre called the Aqualand, one of the best in Diani Kenya Beach. Price ranges here start from Usd 79 for a single and Usd 112 for a double.

The Neptune is located at the Galu end of the Diani Beach. The Neptune village has rooms in two storey makuti-thatched huts spread over two adjoining sites. Africana Sea Lodge-The Hotel Lodge
This is arguably the best of the three beach hotels owned by Alliance group of Hotels here. None of them however are exactly sloppy and they give Africana Sea lodge a run for its perceived premier position. Price ranges here start from euro 174-210 for a double.
Diani Sea resort-The Village Beach Hotel
This is an attractive red tilled place tucked away behind a shopping arcade. There are nicely stepped gardens and the atmosphere is peaceful and unhurried. The other two Alliance properties operate on a half board basis and are Jadini Beach Hotel single from Euro 77 and Safari Beach Hotel from Euro 99.
